As the Director of Operations, Ms. Marley leads the company’s day-to-day financial operations, oversees payroll for U.S. and U.K. employees, and maintains all accounting activities using QuickBooks Pro Plus. She works closely with CPAs, bookkeeping advisors, and banking relationship managers to ensure accurate financial reporting and proper insurance coverage.
Deveda manages the full employee lifecycle, including performance management. She oversees I-9 processing, leave and benefit administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and payroll-related inquiries.
Lynda leads contract and direct-hire recruitment for high-volume and specialized roles. She has successfully placed healthcare professionals ranging from entry-level clinical and administrative staff to specialized practitioners, as well as hospitality personnel including food service workers, line cooks, and front-of-house associates. She manages sourcing, screening, interview coordination, rate negotiation, compliance submissions, and onboarding within MSP/VMS systems such as SAP Fieldglass, Scout, and Reflik, utilizing ATS platforms including Bullhorn and Loxo.
