Marley, MBA, CSP, is the President and CEO of LPR International, an SBA-certified, women-owned small business providing workforce management, talent acquisition, and program support solutions to government and commercial clients in the U.S. and U.K. With more than 16 years leading LPR and over two decades of consulting experience in health, safety, and risk management, she directs all facets of company operations, ensuring service excellence across healthcare, administrative services, hospitality, IT, and pastoral/chapel support. Sandra is known for her strategic approach to staffing, and service excellence, guiding LPR’s continued growth across multiple industries.

Under her leadership, LPR has grown into a premier solutions provider known for operational efficiency, responsiveness, and strong customer partnerships. Ms. Marley is a certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association. She is a recipient of the CRMMSDC 2018 Top 100 MBE Award, is a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program and is active in the business community as a mentor to emergent small businesses. She oversees companywide financial operations, manages multi-site federal contracts in healthcare and food services, and leads payroll and accounting functions for U.S. and U.K. employees. Ms. Marley has managed contracts at multiple military bases, and has successfully directed large-scale staffing projects such as the University of Maryland Global Campus Graduation Services (Grad Walk). She is proficient in credentialing, stakeholder communication, and proposal development, ensuring strong operational performance and compliance across all engagements. LAUREN MARLEY SENIOR PROJECTS & OPERATIONS MANAGER As Senior Projects and Operations Manager of LPR International, Lauren Marley is responsible for overseeing business projects and programs, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. More About Lauren HR & Training Manager Deveda Spencer Deveda Spencer is an experienced HR & Training Manager with expertise in onboarding, credentialing, and workforce compliance. She oversees comprehensive HR processes, ensuring organizational efficiency, legal compliance, and high-quality service delivery to employees and leadership teams. Her responsibilities include administering I-9/E-Verify, background checks, benefits, and digital personnel records through Bamboo HRIS, while ensuring compliance with Maryland wage and hour laws, temporary staffing regulations, and OSHA requirements. More About Deveda SENIOR RECRUITER IREIDY AYALA SALGADO Ireidy Ayala Salgado is a Spanish-English bilingual talent acquisition recruiter experienced in high volume staffing and on-boarding for a variety of clients and industries. Her more than seven years of experience includes full life cycle recruiting beginning with the requisition creation, building a pipeline of viable candidates through job boards, social media, community events and a variety of other tools, and techniques through the full recruiting lifecycle, and ending with a hire.
