Marley, MBA, CSP, is the President and CEO of LPR International, an SBA-certified, women-owned small business providing workforce management, talent acquisition, and program support solutions to government and commercial clients in the U.S. and U.K. With more than 16 years leading LPR and over two decades of consulting experience in health, safety, and risk management, she directs all facets of company operations, ensuring service excellence across healthcare, administrative services, hospitality, IT, and pastoral/chapel support. Sandra is known for her strategic approach to staffing, and service excellence, guiding LPR’s continued growth across multiple industries.

Under her leadership, LPR has grown into a premier solutions provider known for operational efficiency, responsiveness, and strong customer partnerships. Ms. Marley is a certified Staffing Professional by the American Staffing Association. DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS LAUREN MARLEY Lauren Marley is a skilled project manager and Director of Operations with extensive experience in financial management and Federal Government contracting. She oversees companywide financial operations, manages multi-site federal contracts in healthcare and food services, and leads payroll and accounting functions for U.S. and U.K. employees. Ms. Marley has managed contracts at multiple military bases, and has successfully directed large-scale staffing projects such as the University of Maryland Global Campus Graduation Services (Grad Walk). She is proficient in credentialing, stakeholder communication, and proposal development, ensuring strong operational performance and compliance across all engagements. SENIOR RECRUITER IREIDY AYALA SALGADO Ireidy Ayala Salgado is a Spanish-English bilingual talent acquisition recruiter experienced in high volume staffing and on-boarding for a variety of clients and industries. Her more than seven years of experience includes full life cycle recruiting beginning with the requisition creation, building a pipeline of viable candidates through job boards, social media, community events and a variety of other tools, and techniques through the full recruiting lifecycle, and ending with a hire.
