SANDRA E. MARLEY, MBA, CSP, TSP.
As President and CEO of LPR International, Sandra Marley is responsible for directing all facets of the operation which provides workforce management solutions supporting government agencies and commercial businesses in the U.S and U.K. For more than 12 years, Sandra has positioned LPR International to become a premier service sought after by a growing roster of leading agencies in the hospitality, healthcare, administrative services, IT, education, and engineering industries.
Her career also includes more than 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of health, safety, and risk management. Sandra is a recipient of the Capital Region Minority Supplier Development Council’s (CRMSDC) 2018 Top 100 MBE award. Ms. Marley has an MBA degree from the University of Salford, UK, and earned the Certified Staffing Professional and Technical Staffing Professional certifications awarded by the American Staffing Association, the premier professional association for the U.S. staffing industry.
Sandra is passionate about giving back to her community in a variety of ways, including as a certified SCORE Mentor actively engaged as a volunteer mentoring small businesses helping them to start up, grow or transition. She is also a member of the George Washington University School of Business, Transformative Management in Disruptive Times Certificate Program Advisory Council. CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
DEREK M. MARLEY
As CFO of LPR International, Derek Marley has many years of experience in business and financial management in both the UK and the USA. He was
the Company Secretary for a large Promotional Apparel company, and then CFO of a major Healthcare institution in the UK. He has successfully managed the administrative and financial oversight of a large religious organization in the District of Columbia and has significant experience in managing large Government contracts of over $50 million in sites across the USA. His responsibility now is to manage all aspects of the administrative and financial functions of LPR International LLC.
TAJA V. PRICE
As HR Generalist at LPR International, Taja Price is responsible for managing all functions of human resources for both LPRI government and commercial contract employees. For the past four years, Taja has served as Internal HR for organizations of a variety of industries including digital advertising, health care, non-profit tax, and staffing. She also has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from West Virginia State University. She is proud to be a member of the LPR International team and dedicates her career to providing excellent assistance, counseling, and service to all of LPRI’s employees and external clients.
IREIDY AYALA SALGADO
Ireidy Ayala Salgado is a Spanish-English bilingual talent acquisition recruiter experienced in high volume staffing and on-boarding for a variety of clients and industries. Her more than seven years of experience includes full life cycle recruiting beginning with the requisition creation, building a pipeline of viable candidates through job boards, social media, community events and a variety of other tools, and techniques through the full recruiting lifecycle, and ending with a hire. Ireidy has filled positions from entry to high-level roles and is experienced in running new hire orientation for groups of 20+ new hires.
Ireidy has experience supporting HR and has managed all on-boarding functions in HRIS systems. Ireidy has excellent interpersonal skills and easily engages with clients, candidates and employees at all levels. SENIOR PROJECTS & OPERATIONS MANAGER
As Senior Projects and Operations Manager of LPR International, Lauren Marley is responsible for overseeing business projects and programs, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. In her day-to-day role, Lauren is responsible for liaising with both corporate and federal government clients to ensure that their needs are being met by the workforce that has been provided to them by LPR International. Lauren also serves as a contact person for LPR Employees working at client sites. Lauren plays a vital role in identifying and researching new and upcoming business opportunities in the federal space.
Lauren graduated from Elon University in 2018 with a BSBA in project management and is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
COMMERCIAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE
TED R. WRIGHT III
Entrepreneur, Visionary, Speaker, Trainer, and Small Business Consultant focused in areas of education and development of business strategy and management tools that positively impact organizational growth. Ted is LPRI’s Commercial Business Development Associate. He identifies and creates relationships with large corporations and small business to identify their organization’s need for workforce and talent acquisition solutions to help with business growth. Ted’s role allows him to impact those faced with unemployment by serving as a liaison creating opportunities and strategies connecting talented individuals with organizations looking to employ them.
Ted is a motivator, team builder, speaker, a visionary thinker and considered by many as a Master networker. Ted is a native Washingtonian, a graduate of the Bowie State University with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism. Ted currently resides in Bowie, MD with his wife Pamela. They have 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren. Ted enjoys reading, writing, volunteering, gardening, creating and maintaining fruitful relationships with others.
